The Lux Beef Company is a family-owned beef business based in Fayette, Alabama, built on a shared love for cattle, agriculture, and providing quality beef to families in our community.

Owners Nolan and Taylor Trice share a passion for the cattle industry and the ranching way of life. Nolan’s love for ranching began at a young age while spending time on his great-grandfather’s former cattle ranch. After graduating from college in 2017, he became Ranch Manager of TTT Ranches, his family’s registered Brangus cattle operation. Through the years, he has gained hands-on experience in cattle management, breeding, genetics, and producing quality cattle.

Taylor shares that same love for cattle and agriculture and works alongside Nolan at TTT Ranches. Together, they have spent years being involved in the day-to-day work of the ranch, developing an even greater appreciation for the cattle they raise and the responsibility that comes with producing a quality product.

The Lux Beef Company grew from their desire to take their experience and passion beyond the ranch and provide families in Fayette and the surrounding communities with a dependable source of locally raised beef. They offer whole, half, and quarter custom beef, beef boxes, and ground beef, making it simple and convenient for families to fill their freezers with quality beef raised close to home.

For Nolan and Taylor, this business is about much more than selling beef. It is about continuing their family’s agricultural roots, serving their community, and building something together that can grow for years to come. They look forward to expanding The Lux Beef Company and creating a business that will become an important part of their family’s future and, one day, a legacy for the next generation.
